Jeremy Stolte

Jeremy Stolte is the Owner and Founding Partner of PeakView Corporation, based in Denver, CO. PeakView specializes in the placement of Executives and Professionals in the Agriculture Finance, Commercial Banking, Agribusiness, and Environmental Engineering industries. Since starting this professional search practice in 2011, Jeremy has successfully placed Executive and Professional level candidates to multi-billion dollar companies across the United States.

Jeremy is a strong Recruiting and Human Resources practitioner, witnessed by his 15 years of corporate Human Resources experience, including 10 years in leadership roles. Prior to starting PeakView, Jeremy held the position of Manager, Staffing and Employee Relations for CoBank, a $100 billion agribusiness and rural utility lender. During his tenure at CoBank, Jeremy also held the position of Chair of the Farm Credit System Recruiting Committee. Prior to that, he was the top Executive Recruiter for The Sports Authority, the largest sporting goods specialty retailer in the United States. He also spent several years as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations with a national multi-family home developer and management company. Jeremy holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. He received a B.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado.

In his personal time, Jeremy is blessed with an incredibly supportive wife, 4 children, 3 step-children, and a grandchild. He enjoys sports, playing in a local band, traveling to tropical destinations, and singing at his wife’s karaoke show.
